Training Planner: all your training on one calendar

Mark your games, practices and pitching days. The planner puts Arm Care, Rotational Strength, Athleticism & Speed and Mobility on a 7-day calendar that keeps heavy work away from game days. Print it on one page or add it to your phone calendar.

Read this first. Parent or guardian OK, an adult watching, and stop for pain. Elbow or shoulder pain means no throwing until a sports medicine doctor checks it. General education, not medical advice, and no promises about velocity, speed or injury prevention.

How the planner decides

These placement rules are our general coaching suggestions built on the sources above and the rules already in each training. They are not a published prescription. No promises about velocity, speed or injury prevention.

Add to calendar: the .ics file holds one all-day event per day, repeating weekly (4, 8 or 12 weeks, or every week), with links back to each day in the apps. Open it on your phone or import it into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.
